Our Trade Association Participation
In addition to being veteran-owned and valuing our military relationships, we pride ourselves with active participation in industry-related associations such as the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) – www.atssa.org, Associated General Contractors of California (AGC) – www.agc.org, Maintenance Superintendents Association (MSA) – www.mainsupt.com, and the Traffic Control Supervisors Association (TCSA). We are most active with ATSSA and are highly dedicated to their mission that “Safer Roads Save Lives.”
Through ATSSA, we have become very involved with Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs). These vehicles are very dependent on striping and markings; so much so that the State of California (CALTRANS) has stopped viewing striping and markings as a maintenance item and started recognizing them as assets. We commit considerable time and effort to the Association to help provide for safer roadways and work zones nationwide.
David Preston currently serves on ATSSA’s national board and is a past president of the California Chapter. David also serves on the board of the San Joaquin Chapter of the California AGC, as well as various other industry-related trusts and committees.
